Common questions, honest answers.
The questions that reach us most often. Anything relating to your personal situation, we clarify in the information call.
Basics
What exactly does Solution Flow do?
We develop and operate the AURUM FLOW trading strategy and explain to interested parties, factually, how it works. Nothing more, and that is intentional: Solution Flow acts exclusively as an introducer. We do not offer investment advice or portfolio management. The suitability assessment and onboarding are handled by the licensed platform CTM.
What does introducer actually mean?
An introducer establishes contact between interested parties and a licensed provider. Nothing more. It does not advise, does not manage money, and does not make investment decisions. That is exactly how Solution Flow works: we explain the strategy, the licensed platform CTM handles the suitability assessment, contract and processing.
How does the strategy get onto my account?
Through copy trading: AURUM FLOW's trading decisions are automatically transferred to your trading account. The account is in your name, and you see every position in real time in the MetaTrader 5 trading platform. There is no black box and no intermediary pooled account.
Do I need prior trading experience?
No. The strategy analyses and trades independently according to fixed rules; you don't need to read charts or place orders. We still consider a basic understanding of what you are using important. That is exactly what our educational document is for.
How do I get started?
With the questionnaire. It takes less than two minutes and shows whether AURUM FLOW is fundamentally right for your situation. The free information call follows next, and only once both are a fit do we guide you step by step through opening the account.
Capital & control
How much capital do I need?
From EUR 4,000 in freely available capital, the strategy can be implemented cleanly. Below that, we advise against it, because position sizes and risk management can no longer work the way they are designed to. And as a general rule: only use money whose loss you could bear.
Who holds my money?
Not us, at no point. Your trading account is held with the FMA-licensed broker BlackBull Markets and is in your name. Deposits and withdrawals run exclusively through your own broker portal. Solution Flow has no access to client funds. Our public track record runs separately, on our own reference account with Key To Markets, where our longest live history is held.
Can I exit at any time?
Yes. There is no minimum term and no notice period. You can end the connection at any time and have your capital paid out; positions still open will then either run their normal course or you close them yourself. Still, getting started only makes sense with a horizon of at least twelve months, because the strategy is designed for long market phases.
Can I also trade on the account myself?
Technically yes, but we advise against it. Your own trades change the risk profile and can interfere with the strategy's logic. The cleanest approach is to keep the account reserved exclusively for AURUM FLOW.
Costs
What does AURUM FLOW cost?
There are no fixed costs and no subscription. The fee is purely performance-based, on a high-water-mark basis: it is only charged when your account reaches a new high. So after a loss phase, the previous high must first be recovered before anything is charged again. We discuss the exact terms in the information call.
Are there broker costs on top of that?
Yes, the usual market ones: the spread, that is, the difference between the buy and sell price, plus any swap fees for positions held overnight. These costs arise with every broker and are incurred independently of Solution Flow.
Risk
What risks exist?
Considerable ones, up to and including total loss of the capital used. CFDs are traded, that is, leveraged instruments, and loss phases are part of every trading strategy. There is no return guarantee, not from anyone. Anyone who cannot or does not want to bear these risks is not a good fit for AURUM FLOW, and the questionnaire may reach exactly that conclusion too.
What is a drawdown?
The temporary decline of the account from its previous high. Drawdowns are not a malfunction, but a normal part of every strategy; what matters is how deep they go and how long they last. We document our drawdowns openly, because anyone who shows only the profit curve is concealing half the story.
