We do not use cookies on this website for analytics, advertising, or recognition. Instead, for its operation, the website uses two types of storage provided by your browser: local storage (localStorage) and session storage (sessionStorage). Which entries these are in detail is set out below.
In addition, technically necessary cookies may be set by the website software used (WordPress and the page cache in use), in particular when logging in to the protected administration area. As a visitor to the public pages, you are generally not affected by this.
This notice currently controls audience measurement; it only runs after your consent. Independently of this, the Calendly appointment calendar is only loaded once you start it yourself — more on this below. We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising and marketing technologies, social media plugins, embedded videos, or externally loaded fonts.

What this website stores
Necessary: your choice in the consent notice
Under the entry sf_consent, your browser records in local storage (localStorage) whether you selected “Essential only” or “Accept all”. This is the only way we can respect your decision and avoid showing you the notice again on every visit. The entry remains stored until you delete it.
Necessary: your questionnaire result during the session
When you submit the questionnaire, your browser stores the entries sf_quiz_done and sf_quiz_result in session storage (sessionStorage). sf_quiz_result contains the details you provided in the questionnaire, including your name, email address, any phone number provided, and your answers, so that the “Information call” page can continue from this information. This copy in your browser is not transmitted to us; your details are transmitted to us when you submit the questionnaire. It is deleted as soon as you close the browser tab. What happens to the submitted details is set out in section 3.3 of the Privacy Policy.
If storage is blocked in your browser, you can still read the website and submit the questionnaire. In that case, the consent notice will appear again on every visit, and the “Information call” page will not be automatically unlocked after submission — if this happens, please write to us at support@thesolutionflow.com.
Optional: audience measurement
If you select “Accept all”, we additionally run the statistics plugin Burst Statistics. It operates without cookies, does not create a device fingerprint, processes all data on our own server, and respects the “Do Not Track” browser setting. If you select “Essential only” or make no selection, the plugin remains permanently inactive.
Independent of the consent notice: appointment calendar
On the “Information call” page, the Calendly appointment calendar is only loaded once you start it yourself by clicking. This establishes a connection to Calendly (USA), and Calendly may set its own cookies. Details are set out in section 3.5 of the Privacy Policy. As long as you do not load the calendar, no data is transmitted to Calendly.
Changing your selection
The consent notice offers exactly two buttons: “Essential only” and “Accept all”. We do not offer the option to select individual categories.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by deleting the browser data stored for this website, usually found in your browser's settings under “Clear browser data” or “Website data”. This removes the sf_consent entry; on your next visit, the notice will reappear and you can decide again.
Legal Notice
The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the applicable data protection laws. For users within the European Union, the GDPR is observed in particular. Personal data is not disclosed to unauthorised third parties.
